The Beta Program, explained.
4-Week Program
Once your hardware arrives, the program kicks off automatically when you first log in to the Eatha app. You'll have four structured weeks to explore, measure, and share your experience.
WhatsApp Support
All feedback, questions, and correspondence during the Beta happens through a dedicated WhatsApp group. You'll have direct access to the Eatha team throughout the program.
$50 USD Device Fee
There is a $50 USD fee for the Beta hardware. This is fully refundable — if you choose to return the device during or after the program, you'll get it back, no questions asked.
Confirmation Email
We'll reach out via email with next steps and a Stripe payment link for the device fee — simple, secure, and only takes a moment.
