What Eatha does

Your room is part of the equation.

You track your sleep. Your strain. Your steps. But the air you breathe for 6–8 hours a night often goes unmeasured. Eatha tracks CO2, temperature, and humidity - and lets you see how those variables move alongside your sleep and daytime performance. It doesn't guess. It shows you the data.

Lifestyle / hardware photo

Clearer focus. More consistent sleep. Fewer mystery slumps.

Your air shifts your cognition before you notice.

Make your bedroom measurable.

Catch the slump before it hits.

Real-time

See when CO2 starts to climb.

Live CO2, temperature, and humidity readings from the rooms you use most - with simple prompts when it's time to open a window or adjust the airflow.

Better-air environments have been linked with 61% higher cognitive function scores (Allen et al., 2015).

Sleep & Recovery

See how your bedroom conditions affect your sleep.

Overnight environmental readings layered with your Apple Health sleep data. See exactly what your bedroom was doing while you slept - and what was different on your best nights.

Studies have shown a 5-10% drop in sleep efficiency as bedroom temperatures rise above 25 degrees C (Zanobetti et al., 2023).

Patterns

Discover the conditions where you focus and recover best.

Over time, Eatha highlights patterns between your environment, your sleep, and how you feel and perform. Log what you did before bed to add another layer.

Better indoor conditions have also been tied to estimated productivity gains of around $6,500 per person, per year in office settings (Harvard Healthy Buildings).

How It Works

One device. Continuous clarity.

Place Eatha in any room. Compact and unobtrusive (7 cm wide), it fits anywhere without drawing attention. It measures quietly and continuously, then pairs directly with your iPhone to show how your air shapes your health.

1

Place

Put a small Eatha sensor in your bedroom and workspace. It continuously measures CO2, temperature, and humidity - quietly, in the background. Up to 5 days battery life, rechargeable via USB-C.

2

Connect

The Eatha app syncs securely over Bluetooth. Your environmental readings are layered alongside your Apple Health data, and you can log what you did before bed - so patterns become visible over time.

3

Adjust

Open a window. Shift the temperature. Change your pre-bed routine. Keep what works, and build a clearer picture of the conditions that support your best sleep and focus.
